To turn off your alarm on a Google Home Max, tap the line on the top or right side. For the Google Nest Audio, tap the center. Method 1: With Voice
The built-in security in your Google Account automatically detects and blocks threats before they reach you, so that your personal information is secure. But, you can stop the Google Home alarm from the phone by removing it from the active alarms. On the Alarm.com Skill Page, press Link. Enter your Alarm.com username and password. Your Alarm.com account will then sync with Google Home.

An important thing to note is that in order to create alarms in the first place, you need to do it on the Nest Hub itself. Unfortunately, the Google Home app doesn’t allow you to create alarms on your devices. Please note that this feature is currently available in English, German, French , Spanish and Japanese on all Google Home and Home speakers and displays.

To create an alarm, just activate Google Assistant by saying “Hey, Google” and ask it to set an alarm for a certain time. Once you do that, you’ll be able to see the alarm and delete it if necessary through the Google Home app. You can set general alarms, play your favorite music, or choose a character as an alarm with just your voice. To Turn Down the volume, tap on the left side of your Google Home Mini. If you tap 10 total times, then all the audio will mute, except your Google Assistant. To Turn Up the volume, tap the right side of the Home Mini. To set it at Minimum Volume say, “OK Google” or “Hey Google” and then say, “Minimum Volume” and your Google Home Mini will set the volume at level 1 or minimum level. The scale to do it is either 1 to 10 or 1% to 100%.
Similarly, on PC, open Google Chrome and type, ‘set a reminder for 2 PM in the search bar.’ Click on Remind me on Google Now. If you want to stop the alarm by manually touching it, here’s how to do it on various Google Home devices. You can even ask Google Home, ‘Okay Google, play music at 8 AM’ and it will ask you what to play. Open the Google Home App on your device. Make sure that the same account for Google Home is being used with Google Assistant.
When your preferred song wakes you up or reminds you what you need to do, you can say “Stop” to switch off the alarm. If you wait too long, though, you might have to say, “Hey Google, stop” instead. If you don’t tell your alarm to snooze or stop it, by default, it will continue to play for 10 minutes.
There’s plenty of customization and different sounds you can set for the alarm using Google Home. These commands are all self-explanatory, e.g. you see that you can easily set an alarm, cancel it, snooze it, check all the alarms, etc. Conveniently, there is no need to mention the name of your music streaming service when you set the alarm for Google Home. Use the voice command as you normally would, and Google Home will pull the song from Spotify’s library by default.
If you press the "Try It" button, then you can test various Alarm.com commands (e.g. Arm Stay) through Google Assistant. You still need to make sure that Google Home is set up for use with Alarm.com as well. Verify you are logged into the desired google account for the Google Assistant app.
If you have a Verizon service and a Samsung Android Smartphone, then you may want to try a different pairing method, or try using a different device. Open the Google Home app on your device and tap the ‘Alarms’ icon in the bottom right corner. Your Alarm.com account is now synced with your Google Home account.
Google Home lets you choose your own alarm sound, in the form of media alarms. Unfortunately, the regular alarm sound can’t be changed. You can set up media alarms, radio alarms, and even character alarms using voices from famous cartoons. By using media alarms you can set your favourite music as an alarm tone. You can also select any song, any artist, genre or playlist from your default music service in The Google Home app. You can also use the premium options the services offer, if you have a subscription to it.
